Integrations

Your AI employee should work where your business already works.

Rebotify connects the employee to approved tools, gives it a memory layer, and keeps the connection surface simple for your team.

Mia is Rebotify’s intake AI employee. She reads the stuck task, owner, and cost. We reply with the first AI employee role we can set up.

DIRECTORY

Connected to the tools your business already runs on.

The list is not the product. The product is the workflow your employee can complete across these systems without asking your team to migrate. These are the tools we build against most often — send us yours if it is not shown below.

MORE ON REQUEST.

Don’t see your system listed? Send us the name and we will scope what a connection looks like — read/write access confirmed before we build anything.

BY WORKFLOW

What each tool is actually for.

A logo grid says a connection exists. This says what Rebotify does with it, grouped by the workflow it serves — intake, follow-up, drafting, and handoff.

Intake

Where a new call, email, or form becomes a triaged, context-rich case — the pattern proven in the higher-education case study, where CRM and course-catalogue context turn a raw enquiry into a customised reply.

Gmail

Gmail

Reads new intake email, classifies the request, and extracts the details needed to act on it.

Outlook

Outlook

Same triage pattern for Microsoft-based inboxes.

Twilio

Twilio

Captures voicemail so a missed call becomes a transcribed, queued item instead of a lost message.

Clio

Clio

Reads matter and contact records to assemble a lawyer-ready intake brief.

Follow-up

Where a stalled thread gets chased instead of forgotten.

HubSpot

HubSpot

Flags a stale deal or ticket and drafts the next follow-up from CRM context.

Salesforce

Salesforce

Same follow-up pattern for Salesforce pipelines and cases.

Calendly

Calendly

Checks availability and proposes times; a human confirms the booking.

Lawmatics

Lawmatics

Drafts client status updates and missing-document chases from matter state.

Drafting

Where a first draft is assembled from precedent or policy, not typed from scratch — the pattern proven in the energy-retailer case study, where contracts and regulatory filings are assembled from a read-only precedent library.

Smokeball

Smokeball

Reads matter files and precedent to assemble a first-draft document for lawyer review.

LEAP

LEAP

Same first-pass drafting pattern for LEAP-run practices.

Actionstep

Actionstep

Pulls matter and workflow data to prepare documents for review.

SharePoint

SharePoint

Read-only lookup of the firm’s template and precedent store, so drafts cite real documents, not generic text.

Handoff

Where the finished draft reaches the right human, with context attached — the pattern proven in the telco case study, where routine chats route to agents with a pre-built brief.

Slack

Slack

Posts the approval request with source context so a reviewer can sign off in seconds.

Zendesk

Zendesk

Summarises a ticket and drafts the reply an agent reviews before sending.

Google Drive

Google Drive

Read-only lookup of source documents so a draft cites the right file.

SCOPE

What the connection enables.

Communication

Email, chat and calendar

Your employee can draft replies, prepare meetings, chase follow-ups and escalate threads in the channels your team already uses.

Revenue systems

CRM and client records

Update deals, log calls, prepare account notes and keep relationship context from disappearing between meetings.

Operations

Projects, docs and reporting

Pull data, draft status updates, move work forward and maintain a structured memory of how your business operates.

Your stack is your stack. Send us the list and we will tell you what an AI employee can take off your team this week.

QUESTIONS

Before you connect a tool.

What permissions does Rebotify need?

Only what the one workflow requires. Gmail and Google Drive connections run under Google’s API Services User Data Policy, which limits what an app can read and how it can use that data. Outlook and SharePoint connections use Microsoft Graph’s permission model — specific scopes, not full mailbox or tenant access. Slack connections use Slack’s own OAuth scopes, so the employee only sees the channels and actions it has been granted. Any scope can be revoked the same day.

Can integrations be read-only?

Yes, and several already are. The energy-retailer case study runs its precedent library and e-signature connection read-only — the employee assembles drafts but cannot sign or send. Whether a connection is read-only or can write back is a decision your team makes per tool, not a default we assume.

Does it use MCP?

Not as a marketed integration layer today. Each connection is built against the tool’s own API and permission model — Google’s, Microsoft’s, Slack’s, or the relevant practice-management vendor’s — scoped to the one workflow it supports.

What if an API fails?

Rebotify’s daily monitoring watches for failed steps, stalled queues, and upstream changes — a token that expired, a field that got renamed, a system that timed out. You get a plain-language summary; Rebotify owns the fix, and anything that affected a customer is reviewed the same week.

Can it update my CRM?

Only inside the write scope your team approves. The default is a draft or a note queued for review, not a live record changed automatically. If a workflow earns write access — logging a call, updating a stage — that is scoped narrowly and can be revoked at any time.

HIRE YOUR FIRST

One workflow. One named employee. Live in 48 hours.
